This is the least healthy thing I eat on a regular basis, but it's honestly still pretty healthy.

I LOVE getting a Chipotle bowl with rice, black beans, mild and hot salsa, corn, guacamole and lettuce. It's cheap, filling, and honestly addictive. I love that I can get it most places when traveling and struggling to find good, vegan options.

Try to cook.

Steps
Step 1
Wash your potatoes and scrub them clean.

Step 2
Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 3
Pierce your potatoes with a knife several times and rub them with salt, pepper and olive oil. Wrap each in foil.

For me it's a pasta!)
I found good recipe - Healthy Pasta Sauce
need:
1 medium brown onion
1 – 2 cloves of garlic
2 – 3 sticks celery
1 large carrot
1 large or 2 small zucchini (courgettes)
half a small capsicum. Green or red is fine. (This is a pepper for my US readers)
1 bottle store-bought passata sauce (see notes below).
olive oil for cooking

I like to make mug meals. I only cook for myself and only need one serving, so mug meals is about perfect. I like either mac and 'cheese or vegan pizza

Oil free potatos! Dipped in nutritional yeast, dill, garlic and other spices before baking. Yum. Simple and cheap.
