Default Eat to Live and Hypoglycemia

So I just started the Eat to Live 6-week plan on Friday and I've noticed that my hypoglycemia symptoms seem better. Normally, if I don't eat within 10 minutes of waking, I start getting headaches and crashing. Both yesterday and today, I was able to take my time and didn't need to eat for about 90 minutes. I've been able to go longer between snacks and mealtimes. And I've lost 2lbs!

I'm pretty happy with this diet so far. I've tried many other vegetarian plans and this one fits me! Anyone else here doing Eat to Live? What's your progress like so far?

Congratulations!

I'm doing a modified ETL. I tried it before, and had a hard time with it. I'm eating occasional yogurt now, and a little more olive oil. And I don't quite have my raw veggies up high enough yet but I'm getting there! And so far I'm doing well! I started the same day you did. My BP is stable, and I've had zero heartburn.

I'm following the Eating for Health book, so it might be a little different from ETL. I need to sit down and compare the two.
