Default Vegetarian alternative to Fish Oil

Is anybody taking any, and have you had personal experience with results? (Lower blood pressure, better labwork)

I don't have labs or doctors to back this up (and I don't have any heart or cholesterol issues so its not on anyone's "radar") but I feel like I get plenty of omega 3 and 6s (2:1 ratio of 6 to 3s is what seems to be the ideal ratio) from hemp seeds (I like "hemp hearts" brand) and hemp powder (I like manitoba harvest), chia seeds, and the occasional use of ground flaxseeds (stored in a light-proof container).

Randomly, I also moisturize with grape seed oil. Which is also high in omega fatty acids. And has a high smoke point so also good for when the pan needs a touch of oil.

I've started using flax seeds. Once I finish this bag though, I'm getting an oil that's vegan. Flax seed is easily added to your soy yogurt, soup, etc.
