Default Natural, non meat/dairy/egg sources of B-12?

Is anyone aware of natural sources of Vitamin B-12? I'm a pescetarian, but I don't think I get enough B-12 and I don't want to increase my fish/dairy/egg consumption. Am I just limited to supplements and if so, should I be consuming something with them for better absorption?

Thanks!

Have you ever had your b-12 tested? We get ours tested during our yearly physicals. As we get older, it is harder to absorb some vitamins including b-12 and many heavy meat eaters can even have issues. Sea veggies and unwashed organic veggies are 2 sources I can think of but I'd be sure to check your b-12 levels to see where you are at and what you need.

Wow Nelie, I never thought to have that tested! Thank you so much! I will look into the sea/organic veggies as well.

Hello,

kombucha tea is a natural source of b-12. If you google "kombucha and b12" you will get more info.

I personally don't like it but some people love it.
