I love baked potatoes! I like chives, sour cream (try tofutti if you're vegan) with some smart balance... YUM!!!

I just had a baked potato tonight topped with spinach sauteed with a little garlic and feta cheese, yum yum.

I know this post is a little old but I just wanted to say that I love that McDougall list (thank you for the link!) and wanted to give the creamed corn a big thumbs up!!
It's sooo good, especially with an added dash of pepper!

Also, try nutritional yeast.
