Good :) I'm actually excited to weigh in again. I hope this lasts, I've always done best on diets that I dont have limits on how much I can eat.

jill, i know you've probably already been asked this, but what is the difference between the regular mcdougall plan and the extreme weight loss one (or whatever it's called i can't exactly remember!!). what can you eat??

I have a bad feeling about weigh in this week for me.
I have finals for the next two days, and while studying I've noticed unconscious eating. :C |
SummerKate... bread, and soy products are all I believe.... you have more slack in the regular program than the MWL :)

Well, it is already friday 10 AM here, and I'm weighing in at a happy 221. This makes for a very exciting 4 lb loss! McDougall has yet to let me down.

TODAY'S WEIGH IN: 173 I actually feel it should be more lost than 1.5 lbs, but I'm pre-menstrual so I think that may be playing with the numbers. I'll find out next week! If everyone weighs in today I'll post are weigh in later! :dust: |
