Hello all!

I'm so sorry that I haven't updated. My personal life has sort of gone down the drain. I'm not watching what I eat, I've probably gained everything back and more and I'm just a mess. But I'm trying to take care of myself and get myself back to where I was but for now, I'm trying to gain my sanity.

Good luck to everyone! I'll definitely participate in the next challenge if there is one.

Ok ladies lets not worry about our slow losses or minor gains. We can do this! The best thing about us, is we are not quitters! We try month to month, even when we feel we're about to give up.. after a little time, we are at it again! :) We have almost a week until Halloween, and then we will start our new Holiday challenge.. a nice fresh start!

And for those of your who have lost the most, good for you as well! :cheer2: Keep up the great work!

Well, Im no where near my goal for this challenge, but my weight is now 227 so Im only down a pound since last week. I somehow have 7 more to go this week...HA!
I decided not to be disappointed about this and instead say IM DOWN A POUND SINCE LAST WEEK!!
On Wednesday I start a step class. Ive never done this before so Im super nervous about being the fat girl in the class....but I decided to jump way out of my comfort zone and do it anyway. Its only an hour a week and I figure it will get a little better every week.

I found this about loving yourself more, and we deserve it!:

Here's something to try saying every day. Place it on your mirror. It always helps: "Look in the mirror and what do I see? A beautiful girl staring back at me!" "Oh wow!" I thought. Who could that be? [smile and say] "Oh! It's most definitely me!"

Keep a list of the things you love about your self or things you've done that if you saw someone else do them, you would love them. For instance, if you scored more in basketball, write it down, then eventually you can build up more pros, to help you know why to love yourself (if you're analytical)

Practice Metta meditation. It will help you love yourself and others more.

Do what you enjoy. If that is do go out anywhere, or with anyone. Make yourself happy.

Hi fellow vegans and vegetarians! I'm new to this challenge and I can't wait for Saturday to start the new one with you guys!

erinmagill- that's great about the step class, I've tried dvds and that is hard to keep up with at least for me it was!

i've almost made it through day 2 of being vegan yaaay! it's not too bad except for the whole can't have chex mix or pickled eggs thing but i think i'll survive!

So girls I'm going to be a 'sexy' vampire for halloween... I bought a red and black corset type shirt, im going to wear black slacks and a black cape with a hoodie on it with fitted vampire teeth.

It kind of reminds me of a vegan zombie I saw before (I think it was from PeTA...) It was all "Graaaaiiiiiiinnnnss!" T'was cute!

I'm going as a catgirl! I'm gonna wear my costume to school since it's only 7:30-11:15 due to finals. Black cats tend to give me good luck. Too bad I can't wear my ears at school. D:
