Just chiming in - I have no idea if LL is veggie friendly - there's only one meat flavoured soup (chicken) but you'd obviously have to check the protein etc. Maybe email them through their website and ask?
I chose LL over Cambridge because of the counselling aspect - I have a lot to lose so the fast weight loss of either drew me - but in the end, once you've lost it, you've got to keep it off, and the counselling sessions hopefully show you how to change your eating habits and thought patterns and show you why you've got where you are - so that was what clinched it for me. I really want this to be the time where I get this under control and keep it that way!
Anyway. I'm only on day 12. The first week was hard at times, but this week's been a lot easier and I'm genuinely hardly ever hungry on it.
