Default Off the shishel (shizzle)?

I've heard this expression several times on Big Brother (Go Pete!) but I have no idea what it means. I've asked around and noone seems to know. Is it some new slang term and what on EARTH does it mean!

Shizzle can mean sure...
As in..
"Yeah, for shizzle i am gona lose 3 lbs this week.."
or ****
"Man, that new lasting satisfaction yogurt is the shizzle.."
or even suck..
"shizzle my nizzle..."
