I've heard this expression several times on Big Brother (Go Pete!) but I have no idea what it means. I've asked around and noone seems to know. Is it some new slang term and what on EARTH does it mean!:D

As in..
"Yeah, for shizzle i am gona lose 3 lbs this week.."
or ****
"Man, that new lasting satisfaction yogurt is the shizzle.."
or even suck..
"shizzle my nizzle..."
