I think they all have sugar in (or sweetener), so to be avoided anyways. I read a while ago online that there's evidence that the probiotic bugs don't survive transit through the gut - they're broken down before they can do you any good, anyway! I think there's one brand of probiotic tablets that are supposed to resist this, but doubt any of the mass marketed drinks/yogurts can.
