Hi all
I am back again and hopefully to stay - I was doing so well the last time I posted and then it all went downhill.
I have become lazy and that is soooo bad!! I am 31 now and not going anywhere fast with my figure or fitness.
So, I want to be hounded by all everyday to get my act together!!! I will post my food diary and my exercise log on a daily basis and I will not tell a lie, I will be brutally honest. I think this is the only way to name and shame myself.!!!!
My goal is to loose 20 kilograms by September 2006 (yes, 2006!)
I will post first thing in the morning all I consumed today!!!
