Good evening everyone, and thanks for your messages, you are so welcoming.
Well I started my first diet day well, Slimfast at 10am and 2pm, with 2 oranges as snacks, feeling good, then I came home, and realised there was some uneaten cheesie biscuits ( a good half a packet and some chocolate biscuits ). I ate them, did not even really want them, and am disgusted with myself. I will start again tomorrow, but will bin everything at home that might tempt me, as you can see I have no will power. I don't even know why I do this.
The only thing different this time, is that at times I think of the site and feel I have to report my progress, good or bad, I would never normally admit my awful food behaviour. It helps to talk to others who may understand.
I REALLY WILL do good tomorrow. Thanks again
