I'm going to get my self discipline back. I stuck to my diet perfectly before but now all the crap is getting back into the diet I know alot of it is because of where I live (my mouse problem doesn't allow you to keep up fresh veg) but still I need it. Its so disheartening though when I was at home I ate crap the whole time and lost weight I've been good this week and put weight back on ????
But I'm going to up the portion size and lower the junk who is with me?!!!
I made a resolution to become my target weight. Its hard work in the last two months I have not lost nothing despite running for an hour on most days. To vary the exercise a bit I am going to buy a bike and start riding that. Once I am a little nearer my target I want to go swimming, to finally tone up. I have lost half my target to date, I fear the last stone and a bit I have to loose will be the hardest.
