I'm going for 4lb to 164. That's halfway between here and 160, and more importantly, it would make me 1lb lighter than my sister

(but I'm taller, so my BMI is already lower )

And a second target is to run 100 miles over the month. In January I managed 96 (if I'd realised earlier I'd have got an extra four in yesterday!), so I want to make it to a nice round number.

8lbs would be nice - so that would be my first stone gone & 2 silver sevens on my card.

No weight off so far, but I have got through 26.2 of my 100 miles running for the month. That number is actually a complete fluke, but for the record I did it in 4:10:41. Which wouldn't be too bad if I hadn't split it over 4 runs/5 days

I would love to make it half a stone, roughly 2lbs in each of the weeks that are left of the month.

I'd like to lose 16lbs by the end of february to make me 250lbs overall. I've just started so it shouldnt be too difficult I hope
