I am still on it...I lost 4 stone in just over 3 months, went off for the month of December (just to much yumminess to pass up) and have gone back on as of January...I didn't gain during my time off the diet so hopefully I can get another 6 stone off in the next several months...
I wanted to do lighter life but could not afford £66 each week, then I heard about Cambridge. I am lost over a stone since last week and I feel great! I have had loads of temptation, organising a leaving do with snacks and goodies for one but did not have a bite. Hungar has gone and I often forget to have a shake. Good luck with your choice
Lighter Life is definately not an option for me as I could never afford £66 per week, however I do like the idea of the councelling aspect so I'm thinking of just trying to find a councellor that specialises in compulsive overeating.
