Thbecer - it is very nice! I got the plain one which does not get vacuumed up as quick as the milk one. I love the one with cherries in. But ..(slaps forehead) why am I encouraging you? These are evil things, keep away!!!!!!

Well last night I weighed exactly the same as last week - so no loss but no gain either.
Ah well. Eating a whole packet of cheddars didn't help....

Ah, Trysohard - could be worse - I am the heaviest I have even been (well less 4 1/2 lb. I am 14st 8lb at the moment. Not good when you are only 5ft 4ins. Still it is going down gradually.......Hope to lose some more before Xmas.

Drum roll please...

12 stone 10 (I'm still getting used to seeing that 12 there!) (178). Moving back down. As I'm 5ft 9, I hit a normal BMI at 12 stone, and I'm currently pondering whether a superhuman effort would get me there for Christmas. Probably not quite, but it might be worth a shot, you never know

YP1 - every little helps!!

Lets all make the effort before Christmas - and try to be as good as we can during that period too!

Lost 3.5 but I am glossing over my actual weight as I am back in the 19s. I am not going to put anymore on. Ever.

Just had a great firework display earlier this evening from my bedroom window... switching on the Christmas lights in the town this evening!

No weight loss from me this week but I am not giving up!

Of course you're not giving up I won't let you. I am going to try hard to lose 1 -2 pounds a week as being this size still next Christmas will not make me a happy bunny.

I'm halfway! 50lbs lost in exactly 250 days - a pound every 5 days.

It would be nice if the remaining 50lbs come off with the same speed, but given how slow the past 10lbs have been I'm not holding my breath. As long as I keep seeing progress ( I don't care how slow it is ) I'll be happy. A pound lost (even every 30 days!) is better than a pound gained, right?
