Woo I've done lots of exercise this week on account of being VERY bored and having a free gym trial. Fri- Went to gym and did 40 mins cardio, sat walked to town and back- 6 miles, Sun- did salsa class and walked back from gym (2 miles), Mon- walked into town and back and did an hour cardio, tue walked to a diff gym and back (4 miles but it is all uphill on the way there!) did 30 mins cardio and 10 mins swim. Today- achey!

the sun is streaming through the skylights at this time of night and i'm sweaty
even with the patio door open
I know i'm making excuses but i'm hungry too and want mi tea 
), so set it for a relatively gentle jog (the same pace that I would have considered a killer running pace a couple of months ago, by the way), and ended up doing 6k before running out of time.


I hate going out in summer so I've had no walking recently I must drag myself out.
I also lifted weights for about 20 minutes.
