youll find it all here laughs tears inspiration the lot.........even a good if needed, your weight loss is about the same as mines i started at 16st and want to get to 81/2st......im at 11'10 just now so its about 7 or 8 st i want to lose all in!!!!!!!!! sounds scary put like that

Hi madcow I am still fairly new to this too, and I have a lot of weight to lose as well. No idea what it is in stone, have only just got my head around pounds, I am a kilogram girl, having been brought up in Australia.
I love to have a joke and laugh as well, especially at the gym, with all the little people!!!!
hi madcow and welcome i have 7 stone to lose too but have hit a wee bump in the road i fell pregnant but i am still watching my weight so i dont put loads on !!!! i used to go to slimming world and still follow the diet so good luck and speak to you soon

Hi Madcow I have over 7 to lose too I am a yo-yo-er I have lost loads but keep putting it back on.
Thanks to all of you who responded. I have volunteered myself to do a sponsored slim for my little boys playschool. No backing out now have been good 1st weigh day on Monday. Fingers crossed and anything else you can cross. Hope you are all doing well.
Also planning on doing the Race for Life walk (charity 3mile walk) got to get in training! Ouch got a feeling this may hurt.
