I was a bit ambitious today and tried to do my walk/jog treadmill program :faint: only lasted 10mins :lol: which got me 3/4mls and burned 75cals :) so not too bad ;) will do something else when I recover :)

1hr class of Kickboxing, didn't really feel like any kind of workout :( too easy!

Finally got off my bum and did something. I've joined a Boxercise class, went last night and really enjoyed it, I was exhausted afterwards, so I must have done something right.
I've also started using my mini-trampoline at home, I can't do it for long as I get so out of puff, but if can manage to do some bouncing (way-hay!!!) every day, it'll help. It's supposed to be as good as jogging (which I can't do) but much lower impact on the joints. Keep you posted Jan x |

Went on proper bike ride yesterday for an hour :D and I enjoyed it too :) will be doing that more often, i'm even considering buying myself a new bike :D

On computer bike now and my bum is getting numb :halfempty i'm going to get off when I reach an hour in about 5 minutes :devil: :)
