I know how you feel, this week I've found it really hard and have stopped counting points. If I show a loss, it will only be due to that time of the month, and not any effort to eat properly .I've also really vegged out too For reasons, see 'Inspiration needed' , just so I don't have to type it all out again.

I put on and I went to Boots and apparently I have put on a stone since leaving slimming world I am fairly horrified by myself but hopefully I can get back under 17 st SOON. My weightloss is now 2 st 6 pounds this year (plus a few I lost before sw)
Put on another half a pound this week!! And have been angelic!! wrote everything donw - so I know!!
Slimming World anoying me these past two weeks I decided to have 3 green days and 4 red days instead of 6 red and 1 green - cos i was getting hungry on red days at work... since which i put on 2lb last week and half a pound this week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Was really down about it! Havent yet put on 2 weeks in a row when being bloody good! SO.... major re-strategy this week (cos they tell you is u get in rut - you need to change what eating - cos get "accostomed" to things) - going back to mainly red days and went to asda str8 after bought loads of meat and veg and salad, changing healthy extras from bread to cereal,,,,AND get this....drinking water (yuk) and no diet fizzy pop.
Drastic measures!
Im not too worried though - i havent put the weight on due to bad eating or slipping back - which would be a friggin worry! this must be summert else...its a weird diet anyhows!
Didn't dare go to weigh in today, 1lb on according to own scales, stopped counting points and wearing Bonus Buddy to measure activity levels.
Don't record that Tootoot, I'll take tomorrow's weight as gospel, OS if I don't make it to WW. I can't afford to keep going but my leader is so encouraging, what can I do?
Have the Snack a Jacks in now, must make up the old SF Jelly too
Oh pooh!! That 3 1/2 lbs that came off last week was a fluke!! They've gone back on (I don't think they ever really came off anyway) and brought another 1lb with them!!
I had a really rubbish day yesterday which started off with there being no weetabix left for the milk I'd just heated up in the microwave, so I just put some porridge oats in and it was v strange, which I knew would set me off on a weird day!!
Then on way to college I fell off my motorbike so when I eventually got into college and had got over the fact that everything hurt (even my hands), someone suggested that I get a chocolate bar to cheer myself up...... and it went downhill from there!
Poor you, frus. Don't let that chocolate bar push you off the straight and narrow! It's never too late to start again. Not getting weighed officially today, shall take it that I've put on a pound this week, boo
I find it really hard to eat properly at college, cos I'm never hungry before my lectures (which start either 12 or 1pm) but then get ravenuos and head for the little snack bar rather than treck all the way down to the shop or pack my own lunches (which I should do more often!) Anyway, I've written it off, and trying not to let aching bones get in the way of having a healthy day today!

Poor Frus Hope you are looking after your bumps and scratches after your fall. How on earth did you come off the bike anyway? You need to soak in hot baths and if the aches don't subside, get to a doc please.
As for the 3 and a half plus one, don't worry, you'll soon get it off again, it's getting to that tricky time of year when our bods say store food to keep warm and we have to win them over to tell them we want it in one end, have the feeling of fullness and then for it to go away again... how about taking some snack helthy bars to cllege for after your lectures, you could pick up a few on the way to see you through your day
Method = Less carb and More veges and exercise
1st week loss = 8lbs
2nd week loss = 5lbs
3rd week loss = 1lb
Last week loss = 1lb
This week loss = 2lbs
... 17lbs in 5 weeks... including an overall loss of 10inches round bust, waist and hips. This week have increased step aerobics to 2 times a week!!! Must be working.
I hope you are all feeling positive... and I am going to try and post more and get involved in convos... but I am a bit shy... but coming out of my shell reading your posts!!!
