I've stopped watching, there's a soap on the other side I like better...says it all really!!
I don't think it was telling anyone anything they didn't already know, now if someone said I'll give you a million pounds to lose 5 stone they might be on to a winner!!
I'm waiting on my Big Challenge pack (the series will be over by the time it arrives!) I sent off for it mainly because I broke my pedometer and £3.99 was a good way to replace it! I used to walk everywhere, but unfortunately since I moved to a small town (ironically it's a hill walking centre!!) I tend to drive most places so I'd like to try and be less sedate, going to try for the 10,000 steps a day when it arrives......watch this space! LOL

Hmmmmn I lost interest in the programme after week three I think. Didn't really seem to answer many questions or give recipies. Its all very well I think showing people getting help from the experts..e.g. the psychologist...but who can afford to see one on a private basis really? I know I can't and I know I havequite a few outstanding life issues that need to be sorted out....

I received my pack...pedometers quite smart but the challenge cards are of course a repeat of what each weekly challenge is, so if you have watched the week's episode you don't really need the cards to tell you again. I got a bit fed up with my tape measure! It broke in 2 at the fold join only the third time I ever used it so I had to sellotape it together.....

Sorry if this sounds very negative! I think realistically I have got more support from this brilliant site!!

mystic..I was watching Entertainment Tonight and THERE IS going to be a program that offers the person who loses most weight a Million or something I felt for the people on it though cuz they had them working out for about 5hrs or something and these people are'nt just overweight they are obese and I thought at any minute that one of them would keel over of course it has upset some and lots of "happy" fat people are outraged personally I can't wait to watch it

for a million pounds id workout naked for 5 hrs..live tv or not
id have enough money to surgically get rid of the flubbery bits and change my appearnce so no one would know it was me in the nudey

Hmmm, the problem is to do it for a TV programme inevitabley means that they will starve themselves just to get their paws on the cash and the minute the programme's over they will go back to the way they were no?
What I need is for someone to say, if you lose your excess stonage and maintain it for x number of years we will give you a million......

Well, I can't see this lot getting away without having major surgery to remove excess skin so I should imagine that they will have to spend a portion of the "winnings" on that unless its included in the program..I think they are showing more about it on Monday night so i'll see then.
