Lipotrim is a food replacement product. It is shakes you make up with water.
Very tough diet but produces quick weight loss.
I was on it back in 2011. I lost 6 stone in 82 days. Like most of us I am rubbish at keeping the weight off. I need to shed 3 stone to take me back to where I was then.
Kudos, Mancitymark, for your consistency in posting here daily. Consistency seems to be a major strategy for staying the path.
There are a bunch of us men here on 3 Fat Chicks despite the name. We do have a thread for men, The Mens Corner where we occasionally stop by to grunt to one another. Mostly we're out and about on all the threads. Seems that stand-to-pee isn't an exclusive aspect of sticking to an eating plan and exercise plan.
Really looking forward to passing the 2 stone mark , hopefully by end of next week ...
Visit with Chemist yesterday , everything okay and Keotis is normal .
In the 7 years he has been dispensing this product I have lost the most amount in the first week ..
Energy levels are good, played football for an hour last night ... Sleeping is a bit strange though.......Not feeling tired until midnight ...
Days 10, 11 ad 12 with no loss. Totally gutting , especially as I gave up a family do last night. However, this can happen on this diet so I have to stay positive. Hoping for a loss tomorrow. Still struggling to get the water on board.
Finally, after 4 days of no loss, another 4lb has gone on day 15 . Total loss after 15 days is 25lb. Was getting really frustrated .... Glad that there was a loss this morning or I might have smashed the scales up with a big hammer.
Still need to up the water intake , played football Sunday and Monday. Got a game tonight and tomorrow. Cycle spinning class on Thursday and circuit training on Friday. Hopefully drop below 14 stone by the weekend.
