Did 5.45mls on the pyramid (up and down) program yesterday :D

Swam yesterday with the boys and walked a mile today. I am going to fit in some aerobics this week

3mls of hill walking for me today :)

Curves for me today but no walk with Pen and Lew this evening as it's been a torrential downpour since four p.m. and what with the tornado warnings that were flashing up on the telly for a fwe hours, I was rather scared to go outside in case I got blown away. Mind you I dug into some choc biccies today, bad, bad woman that I am, so I prob wouldn't have blown too far....

that was it Cathy.definitely nerves, I mean if a tornado had ripped us all away or come through this area, and those choccy biccies had flown through the air, could I have forgiven myself for not having eaten them?
Am being an absolute angel today and have been to CUrve although nearly all the ay round on the third circuit I felt so completely knackered I didn't think I would make it to finish, but I did and I'm proud of myslef. WOrk was very hectic today and my little 'un for the week wore me out by eleven this morning, thank goodness he fell asleep at one this afternoon.right in the middle of the floor while I was tryingto change his bum...peace, blissful peace....ahhhhhhh.
Could do with a nice little nap now, but won't, am going to do some hoovering and tidying up and even some lovely laundry..why is it never ending and then cook a scrummy dinner....have a great evening all.

Well done Cathy, I have done the rounds at work with mini mike tyson again today...and still went to curves straight after and gave myself a good work out, my back muscles are screaming right now....must try and undo all my badness from last week....

No exercise for me yesterday although I did run up and down the stairs at work a few times so I didn't just sit on my butt all day

I missed yesterday too Carol..i was beat :yawn: got plenty of exercise on the conveyor belt :dizzy: and the :devil: was a no show at work :shrug: i was looking forward to seeing her :lol:

:mad: I can't exercise tonight :rollpin: there is hornet on the bedroom door and i hate wasps..hornets etc :eek: the Raid is in the bedroom so i can't get at it and hubby is'nt home yet :( looks like i'll have to relax instead :lol:

Walked another 2mls last night :D skipping tonight because the door handle screwed up and i could'nt get in the house tonight so i had to find hubby to break the door down :( so i'm *issed off about that and i'm going to go to bed to watch TV :wave:
