Good morning fellow dieters.....
I have just powerwalked 2 miles around our local nature reserve here in sunny south wales I recommend Madonna as exercise music! Two months ago I needed to stop at least twice, my knees ached and my back was killing me.. My face is as red as a radish and very sweaty but who cares!! Progresssss!!
Not due a weigh in til Sunday as I am weighing every 2 weeks....I find that more motivating as I have 10 stone to lose!
Keep it up everyone. Have a lovely day.

Nice one! Are you having visions of the day when you can do a three mile power walk, and then a four mile, and so on?

I think I may join you in going for a walk, since it's not sunny today and I can move without melting.

That's awesome hun!! Congrats!! I wish I could be more active at the moment, but every morning i go to work out in the wii, something or someone happens... I might have to start doing it at night, which isn't ideal, but its better than doing nothing. oh i am still walking the dog every night so not all is lost.

Keep going hun, I'm right there with ya

Thanks for the words of encouragement! I had made it up to just over 3 miles at a slower pace and then had a chest infection which set me back a bit! The dog thinks she has died and gone to heaven although it is a bit warm for an 8 year old retriever! I may look like a wally but I couldn't give a fishes elbow,of course singing aloud to Madonna makes me look like a mad woman!!
