I don't think I posted last time. I will try to remember to look at my passbook tomorrow and post the details. I won't be weighed again until next Monday (panic panic! Why did I eat truck loads of pringles?!)

No weigh-in for me this week as I am in the process of changing classes and my weigh-in will be a Monday. And it was shut this week due to Bank Holiday.

Another 1lb gone this week - I can't grumble as I really didn't deserve to lose any, so anything in the right direction is a bonus! :)

Good going Shell...I stayed the same this week but that's ok. I will probably have a gain next week cos won't be as stringent in counting the points on my break away. ( Do they still make those choc bars)?

Had an "unofficial" weigh-in at home as I know I gained whilst away on holiday last week. Hopefully the gain will be gone by next week though as its my daughters fourth birthday tomorrow with a party on Sunday I'm not counting on it!

Did my first proper weigh-in today and lost 2 pounds, or 1,4 kg (according to Boots) and I'm happy :)
