2 lbs off for me this week :) GOod luck to all who have yet to weigh in and well done to everyone who already have. It is amazing when you think what we've lost as a group isn't it. Could someone go and pile up the lard in a supermarket and take a pic so we can see what all that weight looks like...TQ and Sarah Ann used to do that, said they got some right funny looks and the stocker's were none to pleased...hehehe.

Bakewell 05-07-2003 08:44 AM

Well done Carol & Chris! :bravo: :)

Glad to hear someone's keeping the side up - sorry to say that I chickened out of weigh-in today! I just haven't been able to get back on track this week at all, & after having such a good week last week i couldn't face paying good money to be told I'd put on! I'm now even more determined to go back next week & show a loss, though!

cat90 05-07-2003 01:01 PM

Well Done Chris and Carol :cp: we've lost a person? who is it? and where is she?
Chris..if i did that at the supermarket i'd probably get the staff to help me  they are such an obliging lot over here

Smiling Sal 05-07-2003 04:04 PM

Haven't done it with lard in the supermarket. But I did fill my rucksack up with tins equivilant to the amount of weight I've lost.

Was too heavy to carry round for long and I used to lug it about with me all day every day

2.5lb off this week (that's 4lb in 2wks with ww). This loss means I have finally hit 10% off of what I was when I officially started dieting back in October. It has taken me 30wks to lose 26lb (including a few hiccups along the way so not too bad). But I finally made my 10%.

cat90 05-08-2003 04:20 PM

Congrats leigh-r :cp: ;)

BritinNJ 05-08-2003 05:33 PM

Super trouper Leigh-R. SO do you think WW is now the plan for you? Keep up the good work :)

leigh-r 05-09-2003 04:17 AM

ww is deffo for me. Plus this week I changed my job, am working nights and am near enough constantly on the go, walking 4miles per shift!!

Bakewell 05-09-2003 06:11 AM

Well done, Leigh! :) :bravo:

It sounds like we can expect great things from you - I don't think you'll have time to eat, will you?! :)

cat90 05-09-2003 11:56 AM

Showing a .5lb loss this morning..had a few beers with hubby while we were doing yardwork yesterday :headache: so i won't complain to much about it ;)

Smiling Sal 05-10-2003 06:09 AM
