    I haven't posted in ages! Still on my diet BUT i had a set back .. i badly sprained my ankle so couldn't exercise or anything for 8 weeks ... i didn't lose any weight and i didn't gain any so i am happy

    I'm back, fighting fit and attending my Aqua Mobility classes twice a week so hopefully i will start losing again.

    I hope everyone has been well
