I hope you're having a great summer

I'm back from 6 weeks working away and being fed 'kid' food made on the cheap and with no regard to health 3 times a day every day. This awful eating cycle wasn't helped by all the choccie and crisp munchies that I ate too.
The damage, 6 weeks away, 12.5 lbs ON, OH MY DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Needless to say, I'm back on it now, and for good! I'm so disappointed at the shear number of pounds I've gained, even though clothes still seem to fit and stuff, just hoping it's not toooo hard to get it off again.
Got a full 12 months in the same routine now, so that should hopefully make it easier to lose.
I'm 14 stone 1.5 today and my long term goal is 11 stone, so a looonnng way to go. Although I'd be delighted with 12 for now.
I think it's 19 weeks to Christmas, and I want to lose 30 lb by then at least. If I aim for 2 a week then I might even get slightly more, but 2 a week with a few slip ups would see me at my first target in time for santa. Bring it on!
