Hi - thank you but it is another diet which was very popular in the 90's. Limited dieters to 1500 calories a day and gave meal plans. It was great!

It was called SLIMSTYLE it was the best they also had nice n easy as well as flexi it was brill I had them all lol I to have tried everywhere in google no joy :'(

I also went to a slimming magazine in the early 90's. I may have a copy of the diet in a drawer. I know i have the little and often one. Will check and let you know
