I've been on SW plan for a while now. Only lost 7.5 lbs so far as I'm still trying to "undo" Christmas

Although I'm not vegetarian I do green days nearly all the time as I don't eat a lot of meat anyway and the amounts you can have a B option are enough, but in practice I eat even less meat now than I did before. Some of my favourite microwave meals have had to go by the wayside as they aren't totally red or green and are too many sins to fit in otherwise, but other than that I find it really easy to follow.
It took me a couple of weeks to really get the hang of what to buy when I went shopping, but I now have the SW booklet of Free Branded Foods, which is an absolute life saver.
Well done on your first weeks loss.............that's fantastic!!!
