was good to me this morning..i tempted fate by daring to get on it twice and it showed 166lbs
so that's a 2lbs loss for me this week 
maybe there is one food that is a trigger for you..are you eating a lot of potatoes? or something else..it could be something as stupid as to much salt...or even to much flour..the only thing i can suggest is that you eliminate the things that you eat a lot of one at a time and substitute something else then see what happens...i don't think it can be muscle because from what i've read it takes ages to build that up.
