Unfortunately, you have caught me on my cheat day (anniversary dinner!!!). DH is taking me to an American themed BBQ place in Chester :) Oh gord, this is going to be a great night!

Prior to this lovely surprise, it was going to be a chicken rice with veggies :)

Unfortunately, no mash tonight. Went to a housewarming party and ended up having tea there. Tonights dinner was tuna, popcorn, and a glass of merlot :) Not quite nutrient rich, but within my cals, so it could have been worse. Cauli-mash tomorrow though!

we ate out at lunch time, and i kinda went a bit mad, so counteracted it with some roast chicken and a giant salad for tea!

Missjessica 03-27-2011 04:13 AM

Mummyof3 - Haha, you are pretty wild! The wine was a treat for me as well.

Tonight it's roast chicken with courgette and cauli-mash, yum!

takingcontrol 03-27-2011 04:23 AM

tonight it's vegetarian chili con carne. Miss having lean mince to put in it, but the veggie versions not too bad. I'd blooming love a sunday roast!

MusicalJess 03-27-2011 06:15 AM

Ooo I have some quorn mince in my freezer and it really needs eating up. I might make myself chilli with that this week :D

What do you have it with? Rice or jacket potato? I much prefer a jacket potato.

takingcontrol 03-27-2011 06:55 AM

Yeah jacket potato for sure. Ending up eating way too much rice when eating out, as it comes with EVERYTHING! So, never eat it at home

MissSMcC 03-27-2011 07:51 AM

also when you blend the cauliflower, add some stock (low sodium of course) and u can also add a tablespoon of half fat creme fraiche, then of course when u add to the meat sprinkle the lowlow cheese on top an grill till golden, is ssoo nice like that, oh and i managed to get my husband to eat it and he is so resistant to change, hope you enjoy!!! :)
