Hello everyone

Hope all is well with you all, the scales stayed the same today, I am due on so I am hoping it is a bit of fluid retention. Mind you I've not been able to exercise as I went and pulled a muscle in my back, oh the pain was brutal, I've been taking some painkillers that have the same effect as drinking six vodkas, a strange feeling when your trying to work!!! but it worked on the pain.

Today I have to say I've eaten sweeties at work, but tomorrow will be back to healthiness, oh and I've had half and easter egg and a creme egg this evening
sheer piggery I know but my back was sore what can I say.

I hope to see a drop of 3lbs next week.

Hope everyone else is in good form and not scoffing Easter eggs as I have been.

Easter eggs?? What's the world coming to?! I always think it's bad when Christmas starts to pop up in October. Now they bring out creme eggs in January! Mmmm...creme eggs...

hope your back is better...but the painkillers sound fun just what i need some days to get me through a shift at work!! chocolate is hard to resist when you feel rough especially cream eggs mmmm. good luck with the 3 pounds this week!!

good morning girls, thank you for your kind words, I'm just sat here very straight waiting for my painkillers to kick in, the pain is brutal again this morning, it's my day off and I think laying in bed a couple of hours later has seized my back up. I managed to get a bit of yoghurt down me so I could take some painkillers, I think I may have to pop to GP later to see if I can get some painkillers that are specifically for me!!! Nurofen and paracetamol don't seem to be doing much. It's making me very cranky but I don't have the urge to scoff as I did yesterday so all is well on that front.

will let you know tomorrow after i weigh in...fingers crossed!! i find the ibuprofen gel helps a little when i have problems with my neck.

hey michele, lost 2 pounds this week...thats my first stone gone in three weeks. i havent been able to lose that much in years!!
