New home, new start, new diet, new rules!
He's in charge of the food, the exercise regime, all i have to be in charge of is my will power to keep away from the chocolate, crisps and biscuits at work. That'll be the hard part. Any great tips for not eating junk when i don't have the man hovering over me?
