I'm going to have 2 trackers. The first will show my overall weight journey. The second will show my mini goals, which will be blocks of 7lb's. I'm English, mid 50's and a child of my time. I think in stones and lbs. As I hopefully lose each half stone I'll have a
smilie, because I will be on cloud nine everytime I get to the end of my 2nd tracker. I need to lose aprox 6 stone so that will be 12
for me to reach goal.
Food is on track today and stayed within my 2000 calories.
How's everyone else doing?
