Hi Im new here,and looking for some support and someone to winge to when needed,I am 38 and weigh 16stone 7 lb and I am only 5ft 1" ,I started my own diet on Friday and doing well so far,After spending the nice weather last week with sore rubbing inside legs and wet sweat patches I really need to stick at it, would like to get to around 12 stone,I will still be over weight but hopefully a size 18,

Hiya, im still new too....

if this has shown me anything it has shown me that you can do it if you try...keep up at it...

my husband said something to me and it really helped...

he said when your working out,eating healthy, there is nothing better than seeing those lbs drop off..and hes right, i have an idea of what i wanna be in my mind and although its hard, im gonna do it....

i wish you luck,although im fully aware of how hard it is...sometimes its just easier to hide and not do anything, i did for years...now my body has told me off.....

Hi Sunnydee,

I am new on today. How are you doing so far? What plan are you using, you said you have started a plan on your own, would be interested to know what. Good luck with it and never give up, and I am sure you will get to a size 18, or even 12 stone.
