I believe there is something to it- so many people I know who are big milk drinkers are very thin. I'm like dude how can you down a large glass of milk 2-3 times a day (my husband has a glass of milk with EVERY MEAL at home) and not be fat?! We use 2% at home

Hi everyone, I'm a newbie!

I thought this programme was very educational. It all made sense as I've lost over a stone on the Herbalife Shapeworks system which works on the principles of good nutrition and protein to keep hunger and cravings at bay. I feel great, am maintaining the weight loss and am full of energy.

I can give anyone more info on how it works if they're interested.

Cheers, Emma x
