Im really bad with chocolate - I have a health problem which at one point a few months ago made me rely on chocolate for a quick sugar fix or I would have fainted. Only problem is Im now really bad with chocolate (always have been but not this bad)

Put it this way, I am that bad that this year when I bought easter eggs for family I bought a few extra for myself! Im determined to give up and for the first time EVER went to the supermarket today and didn't pick up any chocolate instead I bought a bunch of grapes and munched on them and actually felt better for it!

The bodychef plan i'm on at the moment has got chocolate in it! I couldn't believe it but yes, it's true, I got a home made brownie and a sticky toffee pudding in this hamper

Had the sticky toffee pudding last night and it was actually really tasty (surprisingly?) and i've got the brownie for dessert tonight, plus i don't have to feel guilty because there's hardly any calories in them. Bring on dinner time!!

I can totally identify with those cutting out chocolate. I find it so hard to control myself around it. My mum buys 6 packs of dairy milks or caramels (to save money) and Ive put them in the freezer to stop me having them so easily. But I know they're there!!! One on treat night has turned to 2 a night now and its defeating the point of all the work I'm doing in the day time eating well and exercising. I both adore it and despise it.

I am not that into chocolate, but I like it occasionally. Chocolate is actually good for you, but what is bad is the oils they put in factory made cocolate. What I have done is buy good bittersweet dark cocolate powder and add it to some soy-milk and sweetner like stevia. That way I get the cocolate and not the calories. They also make low fat cocolate.

Hey!!!

I'm a self confessed chocaholic, lol well I love almost anything sweet!! I have had days that I'd eat packs of chocolate biscuits (viennese mm) and chocolate bars, and chocolate and caramel shortbread and a whole lot more until I felt sick and then sleeep.
But over the past 2 weeks, I get my fix from having a cereal bar every day that's got chocolate in it or having an ice cream like a 'Mini Milk' that's sweet and creamy and 30cals each and 1.5 Syns on my slimming world plan. They're tiny but mmm I love them

sorry I skinny cow icecreams are actually 185 cal and 2.5 fat, I got them mixed up with twisters which are 87 cal and 1.5 fat, which are also nice but but much smaller and less satisfying theyre on offer in tesco 2 for £3 at the mo

Im not a sweet eating type of person i must admit i would much prefer a pasty or a sarnie but since cutting down the carbs.....gosh..everywhere i look i see chocolate.
i went to morrisons the other day and they were doing this whole chocolate pudding with sprinkles and some other stuff on there too and it looked sooooo nice!!! and also i really really love tesco value chocolate i dont know why, used it once in a cake and cant stop eating it..although have stayed away for some time!! its very funny indeed cus its not like me!

so yeah i can relate, i have to take a list and just look away or i will buy it and i will eat it!!

When i go shopping i literally turn and run from the chocolate isle!

My way of coaping is when i really need a chocolate fix i have a low cal hot chocolate.. usually Options or Skinny Cow... it does help!
