exercising? dieting? just eating healthy? Wii? walking?
I'm a fussy eater so dieting is a bit o f a no no, my problem is biscuits and chocolate and on occasion crisps. I don't want to fully deny myself of these but i definetly needed to learn about "moderation"
getting more fruit into me as well
cutting back on salt
I also have a 30 minutes stretch and tone dvd... unfortunetly find the time to do it with an 11 week old attatched to my hip is hard.
i would really like a wii fit... its my birthday on two weeks, maybe hubby will get me one
