I've lost 26lb (next target is another 7lb, total 33lb) all on low-fat, low-cal.
When I stop losing weight I have a week of cooking new dishes (I normally buy a new cook book, just bought the Ainsley one last week).
It makes me think again about what I am really eating, but also enjoying all the different flavours so I don't cheat so much.
Variety is the spice of life - along with cumin of course
