I have been here many moons ago and I am back.
I live in Milton Keynes ( hey its not all bad you know)
I managed to lose four pounds but guess what I gained it back again

Oh well back to the drawing board.
I am now going with calorie counting and exercise again.
I have tried all sorts including South Beach but cannot get to grips with it, it also caused a lot of problems with DH as well. I will not go into this as it seems to cause bother all round. Enough to say I am happier with Calorie counting it will be easier all round and cause less problems.
Anyway I am going to start again and see what happens between now and Christmas.
I really do want to do this and I know I can I just need make short term goals so I can see results. Long term goals are good to have but seem too far away, so I am making some short term goals to work with.
