Really, anything under 1000 calories is a starvation diet and is setting you up for 1) binging or 2) an eating disorder.

I'm as far away from having an eating disorder as is possible!!
After much searching I managed to find a local Curves fitness place who assure me that it's ok to take my children along (I've been a member of 2 gyms in the last 3 years both times losing out £££ half way through a year because they stopped the creche facilities

)
I'm going to get back into this every day again and I feel it's the last resort to get things kick started. SURELY on top of what I'm eating plus my 3 mile daily walk then I'l start losing something

Even a few lbs a month would be something. I was weighed there yesterday and their scales say I'm 14st 8 so I'm going to go by their scales from now on.
It's good though, because they take measurements too. I said I'd realistically like to be a size 14 (I'm a 16/18 now) and according to their charts my waist is already there so that's something
There's no way on earth I'm going to start eating more.....I just don't believe it will work with my body and don't want to chance putting weight back on.
