its been nearly a week now....
i think i am going to leave it the weekend....
try some licorice and basically eat fruit everytime im hungry/with every meal....
maybe drink some hot orange....
but if i still ent pooped by Monday i think i shall be paying the doctor a visit....
Actually fatty foods work for me - oh and chocolate and icecream.
My mum - who regularly needs dynamite to shift anything - swears by eating a mango a few times a week.
Nuts and cherries also work for me if I eat too many.
All in the space on an hour, jogging, an espresso and some licorice. If you don't manage to produce after that you are officially The Most Constipated Chick of June....
HI...I have IBS as well and can understand what your going thru. Since I have started dieting I dont have diahrea end of IBS anymore. I use to could just eat a few nuts and go many times the next day. Now I had to start fiber choice pills( from walmart). They really work!! I do have to take them every few days. I also take a antispasm pill for my colon to help relax things. Its called librex and it does really help. coffee use to work on me but not now. Good luck.
