starting fresh

  • well last week was my first week on dieting and stuff for my goal in june didn't go so well. I did cheat well a lot but i still drink a lot of water and did exercise but i'm going to start over becuase i want to prove the people wrong that ican lose 25-30 lbs by june . I promise myself I will do it this week. and the following week i just have totake one day at a time. so wish me luck. and every day I will post to make sure i'm doing ok. I just have to stay motivated. If i do good my first week i'm hoping i can lose like 10 lbs because of it all water weight. and then the other weeks it will pro bably be like 2-3 lbs.
