Default i NEED motivation

I need motivation to sort my diet out....
during the day at work its fine, its just when i get home i get a little snack happy....
i feel once this is sorted my ticker will start moving down again....
motivation, motivation, motivation....
thats what i need....

Hmm maybe it would be a good idea to take a fruit with you that you will save to eat just before you leave work for home. I went into free-binging a few weeks ago since I spend too much time in the library. I have started eating two fat-free crackers before starting to walk home and they give me enough energy and fulfillment to go home, change and cook dinner. Plus they are only 18 calories each.

its back up....
i found a picture resizer in another thread....
put a photo of me in and my goal....
and it shrinks you to that weight....
it is amazing....
i AM so gona get this last 20lbs off....
