I am so gutted now i couldnt bring myself to take photographs of how i was at almost 200lb. I am gutted. I have nothing to compare my current pictures to. I do have a graduation picture, but being as i have a gown on it isnt really appropriate.

i was fat, i hated life and i was just plodding along taking what was coming. its not only me physically that has changed but also my attitude.

Could any one else not bring themselves to take one? I could kick myself so hard cos of it. Grrr

I think a lot of folks have mentioned that they have no pictures of their highest weight. Some have pictures after they'd lost some weight or found pictures that other people had taken of them, or found a picture of themselves in a group "hiding" behind others. Even your picture with your graduation gown will give an idea.

I have pictures, but not enough measurement info. I wish I'd taken more measurements and written them down.

But in any case - I'd not worry about it too much. The 46 pounds you've lost is far more important. Congrats!
