Owww!! I ache all over.... Line Dancing must do something - me and my friend were the only overweight people in the room and there was about 150 people there! The Rescue Remedy certainly helped me yesterday evening though - I have got a bit of a sort of phobia about meeting new people and doing those kinds of activities and it certainly took the edge off of my anxiety.

IT HURTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went just the once to a fundraiser at school it was a good laugh but my feet just couldn't get into it......maybe its because I couldn't see what they were doing .

Hiya TQ - I just did a longer post about it on the Hello from One Fat Chick in England thread.

To be honest I don't know whether I enjoyed it or not...

Well... I'm not sure how this Rescue Remedy works, but it certainly seems to be doing something. I feel calmer in myself and I am not thinking about food so much.

I bought mine in a health food shop - not sure how much it cost because I bought it with a lot of other things. There are two different sizes though and I bought the larger one.

Phoebe mentioned on another thread that she is feeling calmer even when at the moment she ought to be having PMS. So that's two of us its working for.... anyone else????

well, d'you know...I have been taking it in water today as much for my sore throat as anything, but I think there might be something in it....wouldn't that be amazing?
Love the taste....mind you if it has alcohol in it I'm bound to!

I've always put it straight on my tongue before but it seems to work much better for me in water, I think homeopatic stuff is meant to be stronger diluted (??)

I think it tastes awful! But I don't like spirits anyway (except for an occasional G&T with lots of ice and lemon on a hot summers afternoon...... )

Genevre - how much of it do you put in how much water - I can't find the box or leaflet now. I have only ever put it straight on my tongue before, but if it is more effective in water then I will try that. On the bottle it says 4 drops, but it doesn't say how much water????

I've got a sore throat today! Must be something going round.....
