Talking Helloooo!

Hello... I have somehow found my way to this website & would like to join in the fun! I'm on night shift at the moment so I've been surfing the internet all week getting tips & motivation on my weight loss...I'm with WW, started at 233lbs but have so far lost 19 1/2lbs in 9 wks My goal is to get to 168 by my 26th birthday in July.

The receipes on this site look Delish anyone got any favourites?

Also after a bit of advise - want to buy a new toy for my whole fitness thing, trouble is I fancy an elliptical trainer but my boyfriend would rather a skiing machine..is there really much difference between the two? Can anyone recommend one or the other?

Thanks, Catch you all soon

Kyles x

Welcome aboard Kyles! you have made a great start to your weightloss campaign.
I am afraid I don't have a clue when it comes to exercise equipment but someone will be along soon who can help, I am sure.

Ok, not to worry...have checked out the argos catalogue tonight (on night shift again & trying to stay awake!) and I think I'll go for the elliptical, reckon it does pretty much the same as the skiier but does more too...just got to convince him that he wants it too now!
