Week 2 Weigh in 13.01.08 - last week 75.4kg this week 74.3kg - loss of 2.42lbs
Week 3 Weigh in 20.01.08 - last week 74.3kg this week 72.3kg - loss of 4.4lbs meaning I've met my vday goal - onwards to easter
